Met cafe by Ilustrado is owned and operated by Ilustrado. Serving specialty dishes as bagnet with KBL sauce, fresh lumpaing ubod pouches with peanut sauce, balut in flaky pastry and the celebrated Sampaguita ice cream that Ilustrado is known for. Enjoy Filipino-Spanish favorites of lengua con setas, callos Madrilena and rellenon bangus Bonoan from Monday to Saturday, museum hours.
